David Strenio, co-owner and pasta maker, has an extensive food related resumé that includes stints at iconic restaurants in and around Boston since 1991. In 2002, he became the head cheesemaker for the award winning Great Hill Dairy, in Marion, Massachusetts, where he handcrafted Great Hill Blue Cheese for 12 years. He has also held positions in other food related industries such as organic farming and artisan bread baking. Priscila Moritz, co-owner and shop manager, has two decades of experience in restaurants and hotels working the front of the house in various roles throughout Boston and Cape Cod. Her genuine talent for customer service is indispensable & fundamental to the core values of Prica Farina.
