The story of Urbani Truffles starts with Constantine Urbani in 1852, when he began exporting fresh truffles from Italy to France which ultimately created the Urbani business that has been growing ever since and includes today: sauces, dried and frozen mushrooms and of course, fresh truffles. The mushrooms should be rinsed and cleaned of any dirt before use. To bring out the aroma of the porcini, soak them in a mixture of milk and warm water. Great in risotto, with grains, in soups, sautèd in olive oil and garlic etc, etc, etc.
