This Tipo "00" flour from Mulino Marino is made from Italian soft wheat, grown and harvested organically and finely milled to create a delicate, soft flour. This flour is perfect for making fresh egg-based pasta dough, pastries, bread, pizza and more. The Mulino Marino Mill is located in a small village in Piedmont, Italy and has been run by the same family since the 50's. All of their products are organic and they use an extensive variety of heirloom wheat.
